Recruitment competition – 4 positions to be filled at FMPS.


Do you want to work in a stimulating environment and actively contribute to improving preschool education in Morocco? The Moroccan Preschool Foundation (FMPS) is launching a recruitment competition for four permanent and fixed-term positions, intended to strengthen its network and optimize its operations.


A foundation at the service of education


Since its creation, FMPS has embodied an unwavering commitment to the generalization of preschool education in Morocco. Its network has grown exponentially, from 350 to 24,000 preschool classes in just a few years. Working in collaboration with the Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sports, the Foundation manages 70% of Moroccan public preschool, ensuring that children aged 4 to 6 have access to quality education.


With a team of 150 central managers and 900 territorial managers, the FMPS is developing a proactive management strategy, focusing on the optimization of human resources and the development of skills to ensure the efficient operation of its network.


Positions to be filled


1. Executive responsible for Operational Management of Human Resources (CDI - Rabat)


Main missions:


  • Ensure the management of the network's human resources in compliance with the regulations in force.
  • Supervise the recruitment and mobility of the network's human resources.
  • Participate in the development of HR management procedures within the Foundation.
  • Collect and control variable payroll elements.
  • Ensure the interface with social partners and public bodies in HR matters.


Profile sought:


  • Bac+3 or degree in economics, management or human resources.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Mastery of HR tools and good knowledge of labor legislation.


2. Provincial Managers (2 positions – Fixed-term contract – Provincial assignment)


Main missions:


  • Ensure the deployment of educational projects in the province of assignment.
  • Manage a multidisciplinary team and ensure the smooth running of projects.
  • Steer the provincial budget and implement the action plan.
  • Represent the FMPS with local partners and ensure regular reporting.


Required profile:


  • Bac+5 in management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Mandatory mobility with frequent travel (70 to 80% of the time).
  • B driving license required.

  • Laayoune


3. Senior Payroll Project Manager (Permanent contract – Rabat)


Main missions:


  • Supervise payroll management, ensuring legal compliance and optimization.
  • Ensure the processing of salary information and correct reported errors.
  • Set up regulatory monitoring of changes in social legislation.
  • Ensure the administrative management of personnel (contracts, payroll, absences, leave).
  • Manage continuous improvement projects for payroll systems and processes.


Desired profile:


  • Bac+5/Master in Human Resources, Management or equivalent.
  • Successful experience of 6 to 10 years in payroll management.
  • Mastery of payroll software (AGIRH) and social and tax regulations.

  • A detailed CV and a cover letter, addressed to the General Director of the FMPS, explaining the candidate's motivation.
  • Copy of the National Identity Card (CIN).
  • Copy of the diploma corresponding to the profile sought.

Selection process


A selection committee, appointed by the FMPS Director General, will analyze the applications and conduct interviews with the pre-selected candidates. The results will be published on the FMPS official website.
